Company Introduction

Frostie Pte. Ltd. operates automated soft serve vending machines in Singapore. Our machines serve soft serve products through a self-service vending format, and we are expanding our machine locations across commercial and high-traffic areas.

As we grow, we are looking for a Operations Coordinator to support the daily servicing, upkeep, replenishment, and smooth operation of our machines.

This is a hands-on field role suitable for someone who is responsible, independent, and comfortable travelling to different locations for machine servicing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine vending machine servicing, including cleaning, sanitising, and basic operational checks.
• Support machine setup, deployment, and troubleshooting when required.
• Follow Company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Attend to different machine locations based on servicing schedules and operational needs

Requirements:

• Comfortable travelling to different machine locations for servicing duties & work independently.
• Basic hands-on ability for cleaning, replenishment, checks, and simple troubleshooting.
• Good communication attitude when dealing with site personnel and the public.
• Valid driving licence will be an advantage. Candidates with their own motorcycle or vehicle may discuss a revised salary package, depending on operational needs.
