Job Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing research and event plan sorting.
- Prepare event schedules and budgets, track promotional materials and overall event execution progress.
- Support on-site coordination for marketing campaigns, and conduct post-event review and optimization analysis.
- Design visual assets such as event posters, display banners and social media visuals.
- Produce and format marketing copy for brand publicity and campaign promotion.
- Manage member and community operations, maintain user interaction and community activity.
Job Requirements
Current undergraduate or postgraduate students. Majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
Core Competencies
- Available from June to August, 4-5 working days per week. Immediate availability and long-term internship commitment are highly preferred.
- Solid execution ability and good stress tolerance; comfortable with fast-paced offline event work and minor on-site adjustments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, capable of coordinating work with internal teams and external partners.
- Careful, reliable in daily work, with basic sensitivity to data.
- Relevant offline event experience or enthusiasm for the AI industry is preferred.
- Flexible with occasional weekend event support (compensatory leave available).

Pay: $50.00 - $51.00 per hour
