Period: 1 year contract

Start Date:Immediate 

Basic Pay Rate: $2,300

Performance Incentive: $150 per month

Performance Bonus: Up to 1 month basic salary (upon completion and satisfactory performance)

Timing: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Mondays - Fridays

Working location: 226 Pandan Loop
Pax required: 1 pax

Attire: shirt with long pants, covered shoes

Job description: 

• Load, unload samples and/or finished goods (up to 10kg) from vehicles and deliver to internal colleagues and
externally to customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders, check for completeness before delivery to ensure delivery items and documents are correct.
• Collect, sort and distribute inter-office mails on daily basis.
• Sort incoming mails before distributing to respective departments.
• Process of outgoing mails which includes weighing and franking of mails where required, maintaining record of usage, and delivering mail for posting.
• Conduct external dispatch – deliver and/or collection of documents as assigned.
• Collect payments on Company’s behalf from customers for delivered finished goods.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Abide to all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving mindset at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is in safe driving condition and perform basic maintenance check on a daily basis.

• Take action to raise vehicle maintenance issues to immediate Supervisor, as appropriate.
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vehicle at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
