As Team Members, we support daily operations on the floor, responsible for executing tasks that ensure smooth service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. We follow SOPs closely—especially during peak hours—and ensure our station runs safely, efficiently, and consistently.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product Quality & Consistency
Responsibilities:
• Follow standard portioning, and presentation
• Check basic taste, texture, and appearance before serving
• Inform Shift/ Outlet Lead of any substandard food
2. Food Production Control
Responsibilities:
• Execute light food prep tasks at assigned station (process veg, cut chicken, fryer, assembly)
• Maintain continuous production as guided by Shift/ Outlet Lead
• Alert Shift/ Outlet Lead when bottlenecks occur
3. Speed & Service Management
Responsibilities
• Maintain speed and accuracy at assigned station
• Follow instructions to support smooth order flow
• Respond quickly during peak periods
4. Customer Experience
Responsibilities
• Provide friendly and polite service
• Follow service steps when interacting with customers
• Inform Shift/ Outlet Lead of any customer issues
5. Food Safety & Hygiene Enforcement
Responsibilities
• Follow hygiene practices (handwashing, gloves, cleanliness)
• Maintain proper food storage and temperature at station
• Follow FIFO and expiry guidelines
• Keep station clean continuously
