Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners, introducers, and advisors to support long-term business growth and network engagement.
  • Develop engagement strategies and relationship plans to improve partner activity, collaboration quality, and overall network effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, introducers, and advisors, ensuring consistent communication, coordination, and follow-through.
  • Understand partner objectives, feedback, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for stronger alignment and business growth.
  • Monitor referral activity, pipeline flow, and engagement trends, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth coordination, execution, and follow-through of referred opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the Company’s external relationship ecosystem and market presence.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and provide operational and administrative support to management as required.


Requirements

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, intermediary relations, or business development within financial services or related industries.
  • Strong ability to manage and maintain relationships with referral partners, introducers, advisors, and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and follow-through capabilities.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
