Job Summary

Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality systems while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver successful project outcomes across multiple initiatives
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture that drives innovation and team engagement
• Oversee the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality systems to meet business requirements
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute work effectively
• Participate actively in architectural decisions and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical excellence
• Define team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and driving continuous improvement

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering or related disciplines
• Proven ability to manage teams, lead projects, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Capability to balance hands-on technical contributions with leadership and strategic responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience scaling teams or systems in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery
• Passion for mentorship and supporting career development of team members
