A leading lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Retail Marketing to lead the retail marketing strategy and execution.

Job Overview

The Head of Marketing is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, store traffic, sales growth, and customer loyalty while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong retail experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in retail marketing in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in retail, lifestyle, home & living, furniture, department store, or consumer retail sectors.
• Strong track record of driving retail traffic, sales growth, and brand development.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, customer journey mapping, and retail activation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
