Kerja Sepenuh Masa Industrial Wastewater Supervisor cum Maintenance Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di D Laksa (M) Johor - Maukerja

1. Wastewater System (Primary Compliance Role)

• Operate and monitor IETS/WWTP (small-scale system)
• Ensure compliance with DOE Malaysia discharge standards
• Perform water sampling, testing, and documentation
• Maintain log sheets and prepare DOE reports/submissions
• Liaise with DOE officers during inspections/audits
• Ensure proper chemical dosing and system stability

2. Factory Maintenance (Major Daily Scope)

• Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of factory equipment

3. Wastewater Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain WWTP equipment (blowers, pumps, dosing systems, tanks)
• Ensure system reliability and quick response to faults
• Plan periodic servicing to avoid operational failure

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment
• Follow EHS, GMP, and factory safety standards
• Maintain proper documentation for both maintenance and compliance

Requirements

• MUST have DOE Competent Person certification (e.g. CePIETSO – Industrial Effluent Treatment System)
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years experience in wastewater or factory maintenance
• Hands-on experience in mechanical & basic electrical work
• Able to multitask between compliance and maintenance duties
• Independent, responsible, and problem-solving mindset
• Handle electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and basic facility works
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown response
• Maintain equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, and piping systems
• Coordinate with external contractors when required
• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth production support

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
