Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EAM Engineer/Consultant to manage and support the organization’s asset management system, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency. The candidate will ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and optimization of company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• Monitor asset lifecycle, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, asset records, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets and maintenance history.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with EAM software such as SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, or similar systems.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and databases. Familiarity with SQL for database querying and Python for basic scripting or automation.
• Understanding of data handling and reporting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
