Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Training
- Train Personal Trainers and Brand Ambassadors on sales process and conversion skills
- Develop onboarding sales playbooks for new trainers
- Coach teams on KPIs, productivity, and performance improvement
2. Technical Training Development
- Deliver structured onboarding for new Personal Trainers
- Standardise technical training across all clubs
- Build a “Train-the-Trainer” system for Fitness Managers
- Ensure consistent coaching quality across locations
3. Customer Service & Retention
- Train coaches on communication, emotional intelligence, and member engagement
- Improve member experience and retention strategies
- Support objection handling and renewal conversations
4. Group Exercise & Small Group Training
- Improve GX and small group training standards across clubs
- Optimise class schedules and programming
- Support rollout of new group training programs
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry
- Strong experience in training, education, or L&D roles
- Recognised Personal Trainer certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA or equivalent)
- Experience in Group Exercise or Small Group Training is an advantage
- Proven experience in Train-the-Trainer development
- Strong understanding of sales, coaching, and fitness business operations
- Able to train and influence teams across multiple locations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence and coaching mindset
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
