Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shipping Operation role based in Johor Bahru. The role involves overseeing shipping operations, including planning and coordination of shipping schedules, ensuring compliance with export and import regulations, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include managing vendor communication, ensuring timely shipments, and troubleshooting potential logistics concerns. The role also requires the ability to analyze and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the shipping department.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in shipping documentation, logistics coordination, and supply chain management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities for vendor and internal team coordination
• Knowledge of export-import regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient in data entry and familiarity with shipping software and tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address operational challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in a shipping operations or logistics role is highly preferred
