Job Title: SAP BRIM Functional Consultant

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Experience Level: 8–10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant to join our client’s team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP BRIM, particularly in Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Convergent Mediation (CM). This role involves solution design, system configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality billing and revenue management solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SAP BRIM functional consulting and support, with primary focus on Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • Design and implement end-to-end BRIM solutions across CC, CI, and CM modules
  • Configure and optimize pricing, billing, and invoicing processes
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs
  • Handle production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Work closely with ABAP developers and technical teams for enhancements and integrations
  • Support integration with external systems and ensure seamless data flow
  • Participate in SIT/UAT cycles, testing, and deployment activities
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and SDLC processes


Key Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP BRIM functional consulting
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Convergent Charging (CC)
  • Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • Convergent Mediation (CM)
  • Expertise in pricing configuration, billing processes, and workflow design
  • Good understanding of integration architecture and complex system landscapes
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and development concepts
  • Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English)
  • Ability to work independently and provide solution design recommendations
