Description:
• 4-3-3-4 shift pattern
• Fixed night shift, 7pm - 7am (with shift allowance $24/night)
• basic up to $3,500
• aircon environment (smock attire)
• RETENTION BONUS $1,800
Responsibilities
• Assist engineers in executing all test-related tasks for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to test requirements
• Perform product testing, diagnose test failures, and collaborate closely with process and test engineers to drive continuous yield and performance improvements.
• Ensure work processes comply with relevant ISO standards and actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update and maintain accurate test tracking records to support analysis and reporting.
• Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions to reflect the latest test processes and best practices.
• Ensuring knowledge pass down for Material Handlers and other relevant personnel based on updated Work Instructions
