The Role

We're looking for a Part-Time Guest Relations Officer to be the face on the floor. You're not taking orders or making drinks, you're making sure every guest feels seen, welcomed, and well looked after from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. You know how to work a room, remember faces, and turn a first-time visit into a regular.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests, managing seating, and setting the tone for the night
• Hosting tables, checking in on guests throughout the evening, and anticipating needs before they're asked
• Building relationships with regulars and VIPs, making them feel like the venue is theirs
• Supporting reservations management and coordinating with the floor and bar team on table flow
• Representing the brand at events, activations, and special programming nights
• Gathering guest feedback and flagging service issues to management in real time

Who You Are

• Experienced in hospitality, events, or guest-facing roles. You've worked a room before and you know what good hosting looks like
• You have natural warmth and social intelligence. You can read the energy of a table and adjust accordingly
• You're sharp, well-presented, and comfortable engaging with a CBD crowd across different occasions
• You remember names, faces, and preferences. The little things matter to you
• You're calm under pressure and proactive when things get busy
• Existing connections in Singapore's bar, lifestyle, or events scene is a strong plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
