Why We Need You
As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives through the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure promotions, CRM activities, and customer engagement programs are delivered effectively and generate measurable business results.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, marketing operations, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan, execute, and optimize customer retention and engagement campaigns across multiple channels, including CRM, email, SMS, push notifications, and other communication platforms
Coordinate campaign setup, launch, and ongoing management to ensure smooth execution
Support customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty initiatives
Ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines
Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle data to identify engagement and retention opportunities
Develop audience segmentation strategies to support personalized customer experiences
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI
Track key marketing performance indicators and engagement metrics
Manage and optimize CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Support customer lifecycle management initiatives through automated customer journeys
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve messaging, timing, targeting, and campaign performance
Ensure customer communications align with brand standards and compliance requirements
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and retention metrics
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
Support business decision-making through data-driven insights
Work closely with Product, Data, Customer Support, Acquisition, and Retention teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience
Support strategic marketing initiatives and business growth objectives
Participate in campaign planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Marketing, Retention Marketing, Campaign Management, or a related role
Experience within iGaming, online gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or digital products is considered an advantage
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention marketing principles
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data
Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
