Kerja Sepenuh Masa Account Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Copial Corporation Sarawak - Maukerja

Responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling daily accounting activities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Prepare tax schedules and support statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and government authorities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support management with financial information and ad-hoc reporting.
• Assist in improving accounting procedures and internal controls.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
