Sales Executive (Provided Leads | Basic + Commission)

About the Role

Radbina Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to manage incoming customer enquiries generated through our digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads and other online platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries received through the company's official WhatsApp Business account, engaging with potential clients, providing information on our products and services, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to customer enquiries received via WhatsApp Business, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Engage professionally with prospective clients and provide accurate information regarding the company's products and services.
• Follow up consistently on enquiries and sales leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experience and timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Business Development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence
