Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to menu and standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand expectations
Assist with food prep, cutting, portioning, and plating
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients
Work closely with kitchen team and service crew to ensure smooth operations
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B setting preferred (Japanese cuisine experience is a plus)
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Training will be provided
