Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research competitor activities, consumer trends, and emerging marketing strategies.
  • Work with social agencies and various internal stakeholders to manage brand social handles, including creating in-house contents (scripting, filming, editing, copywriting, and scheduling) and coordinating with influencers to ship samples / develop content.
  • Localise marketing assets, ensure brand consistency, and support approval processes.
  • Ecommerce Support planning and execution of campaigns, e-commerce mega sales (e.g. 9.9, 11.11).
  • Update and optimise product listings, banners, and assets across Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Tokopedia.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing and ecommerce metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and support weekly and monthly reporting needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to align initiatives.\

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Passionate about social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Fluent in English andeither Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Tagalog— both spoken and written as the role will require communication with the respective geography
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in social and e-commerce metrics.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) and content production experience is preferred
