Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)

At Rapid Physiocare, we are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient enquiries and appointment scheduling
• Provide professional and high-quality customer service
• Handle communications via telephone, email, and WhatsApp
• Support daily clinic operations and administrative functions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and systems
