Curas Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of a British company with office in Butterworth. Curas is emerging as a new medical device brand in the world. In line with our expansion plans and to support our worldwide operations; we are seeking capable and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic organization, for an exciting career in the below position.

Marketing/Brand Executive (In-house)

Responsibilities

• Involve in all aspect relating to the introduction and marketing of company’s medical devices.
• Organize and participate in monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Managing and coordinating B2B Marketing and Product related activities.
• Maintain favourable customer relationship and monitoring customers’ product satisfaction and performance.
• Analysing marketing data and metrics to assess performance. Identify areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
• Overseeing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
• Improve company’s brand recognition, awareness and product understanding. Work closely with existing customers/distributors and reach out to potential new customers.
• Developing and implementing marketing plan and brand strategies and ensuring consistent message across all marketing channels.
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team. Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, R&D and Customer Service for best result.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or any related discipline.
• Preferably with minimum 2 years working experience in B2B Marketing role or in branding.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in medical devices.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and cultures.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office and the use of AI
• Excellent communication skill in English and presentation skills.
• Energetic, driven and committed to success.
• Multitasking and good interpersonal skill.
• Fresh graduate with interest on promotional material, social media, content writing are also welcome to apply.
