Full Time Project Planner (Construction) Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,500 in PEMBINAAN PURCON SDN BHD Seri Kembangan - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that outlines the sequence of activities, milestones, and critical paths required for the successful completion of the rail project.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements for each activity in the project schedule, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor the progress of activities and update the project schedule accordingly, using project management software or scheduling software as required.
• Conduct schedule analysis to identify potential delays, critical path activities, and areas where the project schedule can be optimized.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes, variations, or scope adjustments on the project schedule.
• Generate regular reports on schedule performance, including progress reports, critical path analysis, and earned value analysis.
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction project.
• Experience in using project management software or scheduling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advantage if familiar with software Primavera P6.
• To be based at Seri Kembangan (HQ) and able to travel to project sites when needed

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
