Position: Internship – Sales & Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable laptops, tablets, and accessories based on their needs.
- Learn and explain product features, specifications, and promotions to customers.
- Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Create content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Help manage customer inquiries through social media, phone calls, and walk-in visits.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and stock organization.
- Support promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Assist with customer follow-up and after-sales service.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and social media is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
