Employment Type: Full‑Time (1‑Year Contract, Renewable)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Assistant Officer to support warehouse and office operations. You will help with shipping documents, invoices, stock tracking, and coordination between teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare Documents – Create invoices and shipping papers.
Check Shipments – Verify incoming and outgoing goods.
Maintain Records – File and update warehouse and project documents.
Coordinate Transport – Arrange deliveries between warehouse and sites.
Support Teams – Work with vendors, internal teams, and overseas offices.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of warehouse or data entry systems.
Good communication and organizational skills.
