Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur as part of the Marketing Team. The role involves supporting and executing marketing campaigns, including assisting with planning, coordinating activities, and tracking performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic market research, gathering customer and competitor insights, and helping translate findings into actionable marketing strategies. Team members will engage in frontline customer interaction to support sales and customer acquisition efforts, while providing a high standard of customer service. The role also includes preparing marketing materials, participating in promotional events, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, and contributing to a positive, learning-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage clearly, professionally, and respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
• Foundational Market Research capabilities, including collecting, organizing, and interpreting customer and competitor information.
• Sales and Marketing Strategy skills, with an interest in customer acquisition, brand promotion, and campaign execution.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated learning mindset, openness to structured training, and interest in leadership development
