Here are the responsibilities:

• Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Monitor deadlines for statutory submissions and ensure timely compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis when required.
• Support clients with accounting software usage and troubleshoot basic accounting-related issues.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Desired skill and requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of at least 2-3 years of working experience in an accounting or audit firm is preferred.
• Important - Proficient in accounting software (e.g. UBS, Odoo, SQL, Autocount, Xero, or QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
• The capability to work with a team and independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
