Here are the responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Manage employee documentation such as staff personal files, employment letters, and HR records to ensure proper filing and accuracy.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing documents and assisting with orientation arrangements.
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave records while ensuring information is updated accurately.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee information to ensure records remain organized and confidential.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, data entry, and handling HR-related paperwork.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR programs to support a positive workplace environment.

Desired skills & requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in HR roles.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
