Company Introduction

We are a growing confinement center dedicated to providing professional postpartum care and a comfortable recovery environment for mothers and newborns. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our brand, manage customer inquiries, and support our social media presence.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Remotely work: able to respond to urgent customer inquiries when necessary

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM 2,500 – RM3,500 (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relations

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, and Instagram
• Explain confinement packages and services to potential customers
• Follow up leads and assist in closing bookings
• Arrange customer visits and center tours
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain good customer service

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS)
• Create and schedule engaging social media content
• Assist in basic photo and video shooting
• Edit simple videos and reels using tools such as CapCut or Canva
• Showcase center facilities, meals, baby care, and customer experiences through content

Marketing Support

• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
• Monitor social media engagement and inquiries
• Support branding and online presence development
• Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Active user of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or simple editing tools
• Comfortable with basic photography and video shooting
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
