office Administrative Assistant
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Office-Based)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and business correspondence.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and provide timely updates.
- Handle routine customer service matters using company systems and established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in internal databases.
- Coordinate follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
- Assist with document management, data entry, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Support management with ad-hoc office and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Any Malaysian Institute qualification.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Malaysian business practices and administrative processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work from our Kuala Lumpur office during standard business hours.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office support is an advantage.
