We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Lead with 6–10 years of experience in software development, including team leadership and solution design responsibilities. This role is critical in driving end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions within the public sector.

• Ensure alignment with cloud best practices (AWS or Azure) for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Deliver systems that integrate with government authentication mechanisms (e.g., Singpass, Corppass) and adhere to public sector compliance standards.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk management.

Qualities We Value

• At least 6 years of hands-on development experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years leading software teams or projects.
• Strong proficiency in fullstack development (frontend and backend).
• Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and experience in DevSecOps toolchains.
• Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience delivering systems for the government sector, especially those involving integration with government authentication services.
• Familiar with agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
