About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and support the daily warehouse operations in ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong leadership skills who can coordinate warehouse activities, maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager / Senior Executive in overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and objectives.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities to ensure efficient inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels, minimizing discrepancies and controlling damaged or obsolete inventory.
• Monitor warehouse performance to ensure timely deliveries and achievement of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify variances.
• Prepare warehouse performance reports and lead, motivate including develop warehouse staff while carrying out other duties assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics, with supervisory experience being an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills including ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays and during peak operational periods when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
