Manhattan Business Hotel aims to offer value and functionality for professionals on the go.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handle payment transactions securely.
  • Respond to guest inquiries professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Manage room reservations and guest data entry using the Hotel PMS.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly to ensure a smooth stay.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management as needed.


Qualifications

  • Experience in front desk or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum SPM qualification; additional certification or diploma is an advantage.
