Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of phonics teaching experience
• Minimum 2 years of preschool teaching experience (ages 3–8)

Schedule

• Part-time: Commitment of 1–2 weekends per week
• Full-time: 3–4 weekdays + 2 weekends

Skills

• Strong foundation in English communication (spoken and written)
• Passion for early childhood development and structured literacy teaching
• Ability to engage young learners with patience, creativity, and positive energy
• Comfortable working in multicultural and bilingual learning environments
• Adaptable to both online and on-site teaching

Key Responsibilities

• Teach phonics and English to children aged 3–8 years old, both in-person and online, using a curated and structured curriculum
• Provide clear, professional lesson feedback to parents on student progress and development
• Deliver engaging, enrichment-based lessons ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per session
• Use advanced online learning platforms effectively (training provided)
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to innovate and enhance teaching materials
