Kerja Sepenuh Masa Operations Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di Oriental Eden (M) Sdn. Bhd Selangor - Maukerja

The incumbent is responsible in supervising daily operations of the factory and develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. The person is expected to address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion, supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.

• Responsible in assisting the Production Managers within their specified areas in daily operations.
• Maintain positive company morale and cultivate an efficient operation team of Oriental Eden (M) Sdn Bhd.
• Provide guidance to Managers in planning of all operations with the goal of providing customers with excellent quality products and superior customer service to generate sales .
• Represent Oriental Eden (M) Sdn. Bhd in a professional manner and will fulfill any other duties assigned by the Director of the Company
• Monitoring and managing sales growth within and assisting the Production Manager on achieving their sales plans.
• Monitoring controllable expenses for profitability.
• Responding pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
• Maintain an efficient and smooth operation and work environment by analyzing business results and market situations, auditing and assessing performance and enforcing health and safety rules.
• Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Interviewing and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring adequate manpower by for the Group
• Adhering to all counseling and discipline procedures.
• Provide assistance in developing potential staff to be future leaders of the organisation through appropriate delegation and development plans.
• Continuing educate all managers on products and services.

Summary of Experience

• 3 - 5 years working experience in Food Production environment
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Experience in analysing financial reports

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Energetic and result oriented.
• A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
• Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
