Tanggungjawab

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Remote Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes when required.
  • Handle email correspondence and internal communications.
  • Organize and maintain digital documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and administrative tasks.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for management review.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics when necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / WPS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Telegram, WhatsApp, and project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of reporting, scheduling, and document management.
  • Experience supporting management or executive-level personnel.
