We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Quantitative Trader to take ownership of our linear (Delta1) book and help us push that edge further.

The role

As a Graduate Quantitative Trader on the Singapore trading floors, you’ll start with our extensive in-house training program and then join a trading team, where you’ll work alongside experienced traders, researchers, and engineers from day one.

From there, you’ll take on real responsibility quickly: monitoring live positions, interpreting market flow, tuning our automated systems, and contributing to the trading tools and analytics the desk relies on. You’ll grow into owning PnL and shaping the next generation of our execution logic.

What you’ll work on

• Monitoring positions and live trading activity across multiple venues, and learning to own the PnL and risk that come with them

• Reading live market flow, liquidity conditions, and market events, and translating that read into concrete trading and execution decisions

• Tuning and parameterising our automated and semi-automated systems, and knowing when to step in to manage risk or capture an opportunity

• Evaluating strategy and execution performance through data-driven analysis of fills, quotes, and market data

• Designing and specifying trading tools, dashboards, and analytics that help the desk make better decisions

• Collaborating closely with quantitative researchers, developers, and engineers to sharpen models, infrastructure, and execution logic, and weighing in on the priorities of new trading initiatives

Job requirements

• An academic degree in Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field, with excellent study results

• Strong numerical and analytical instincts: you can take a messy dataset and turn it into a clear, actionable insight

• Programming experience in Python for analysis, tooling, and interaction with trading systems

• Proven ability to quickly pick up new technologies, systems, and concepts

• A genuine interest in financial markets and a curiosity about how and why they move

• An ownership mindset: proactive, accountable, and comfortable making decisions with real consequences

• A positive, can-do attitude, a creative mindset, and a long-term commitment to growing with us

• Clear written and verbal English, and the ability to communicate effectively with traders, researchers, and engineers

• Prior exposure to systematic strategies, through internships, personal projects, and/or competitions
