We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of IT engineering solutions, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic, data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate must bring strong leadership and organizational skills, along with established industry connections across government agencies, technology vendors, and business networks, to expand market reach and strengthen partnerships. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Marketing Strategy & Leadership 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as an industry leader. 
• Conduct thorough market research and study to identify business opportunities and emerging trends. 
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives. 
• Adapt swiftly to changing market dynamics and drive strategic decision-making. 

Marketing Execution & Branding 

• Implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event marketing channels such as exhibition, roadshows, etc. 
• Analyse market insights to refine brand positioning and strengthen competitive advantage. 

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation 

• Drive SEO & SEM to enhance online visibility and inbound lead generation. 
• Manage content marketing and email marketing strategies to engage target audiences. 
• Oversee website development, UI/UX improvements, and landing page optimization for better conversion. 

Project & Financial Management 

• Oversee marketing-related projects, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence. 
• Efficiently manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI on campaigns. 
• Collaborate with finance teams to align marketing expenditures with business goals. 
• Lead the team in developing compelling business proposals. 
• Identify and secure government grants, funding opportunities, and strategic partnership. 
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s Sales & Services Tax (SST) and other relevant regulations. 

Innovation & Creativity 

• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in marketing initiatives. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, of technological advancements and market innovations. 
• Leverage mixed media marketing to develop engaging and effective campaigns.  

Networking & Relationship Building 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, government agencies, and technology partners. 
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and government initiatives. 
• Leverage networks to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
