To lead the operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, achievement of
operational targets, and excellent customer service. The role requires close coordination
with Business Development and Management to ensure operational readiness and
successful execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead, manage, and support the Operations team to achieve departmental targets
and KPIs.
-Monitor daily operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed
timelines.
-Coordinate workload and manpower planning to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with Business Development and Management to support business
growth initiatives and operational requirements.
-Ensure operational processes are executed efficiently and continuously improved.
-Monitor team productivity, service quality, and turnaround times.
-Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and
customer experience.
-Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to Management.
-Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and capabilities.
-Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
-Lead and support the execution of new initiatives, projects, and operational
requirements assigned by Management from time to time.
