Guest Relations Executive for New Restaurant:

Location: Singapore


Restaurant Opening: 3rd Quarter (July/ August 2026)


Reports to: General/ Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Manager

We are building an ambitious and meaningful restaurant rooted in craftsmanship, ingredients and community.

Our dining room will reflect the same philosophy: thoughtful hospitality, deep product knowledge, and a beverage program that tells stories about the people behind what we serve.

Our goal is to build a restaurant worthy of the world's most discerning diners—one that could stand alongside the finest restaurants globally, while remaining anchored in the community that surrounds it. We aim to create an intimate place that is both ambitious and welcoming — a restaurant that pushes standards while remaining grounded in generosity and warmth.

Role Overview – Core Responsibilities:

We believe in the power of a strong team and the importance of each individual’s role within that team. 

As a guest relations executive, you will be at the forefront of building relationships with our guests and ensuring we deliver the highest standard of hospitality day-in and day-out.

Specifically, you will be in charge of:

·       Building genuine connections and lasting relationships with our guests as the restaurant’s first point of contact for guests (from bookings to sustaining communication for repeat visits)

·       Maintaining and updating customer database 

·       Co-leading pre-service briefings to go through guest lists

·       Greeting guests warmly and promptly as they arrive at the restaurant

·       Managing reservations through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communications

·       Assisting the Managers with seat plan arrangements for each service

·       Ensuring that menus are changed according to lunch or dinner service and that they are up to date and presentable

·       Addressing guests by name, recognizing any special occasions or dietary requirements mentioned, and passing on the information to your teammates for a personalized guests experience

·       Keeping up-to-date with our product knowledge/seasonal produce and have the ability to confidently answer guests’ questions over phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication

·       Acting as restaurant ambassadors by being able to effectively convey in words and action to our guests the concept, ethos and values of the restaurant

·       Handling guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reporting guest feedback to supervisors (practicing effective service recovery)

·       Training junior members of the team and promoting a positive work culture

·       Projecting at all times a professional, positive and motivated attitude, proper personal hygiene and self-control.

·       Working effectively with the rest of the team to deliver a seamless service and a flawless experience for our guests

·       Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor 

Skills

•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

•       GCE N / O Level onwards 

•       At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B preferably with working in fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant

•       Ability to think on their feet and remain calm and unfazed in the face of pressure

•       Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
