Location: Kallang, Singapore
Salary: S$4,000 – S$6,000 + KPI Bonus + Car Allowance

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join a well-established multinational company specializing in industrial testing and environmental simulation solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with business development and client relationship management.

The company provides advanced testing systems and solutions for industries such as semiconductors, electronics, aerospace, automotive, biomedical, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industrial sectors
  • Generate leads through customer visits, networking, industry events, and business development activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry handling to quotation, negotiation, and order closure
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable system solutions based on customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to support project delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of B2B equipment sales experience preferred
  • Experience in industrial equipment, HVAC systems, testing equipment, refrigeration systems, or technical sales environments will be advantageous
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Independent, organized, customer-focused, and able to work well under pressure
  • Willing to travel within Singapore for customer visits
  • Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
