KEY RESPONSINILITIES:-

1) To develop new customers from the foodservice channel, ultimately conversation to our brand, and continue to grow business in the future.

2) To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions/ideas, providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities, and recommending profit and service improvement to customers.

3) To assist and support for new product development (NPD) to meet customer needs and expectations.

4) Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/ services, and resolution of customer complaints.

5) Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing, and inventory.

6) To maintain close rapport with relevant personnel with internal stakeholders & external stakeholders to resolve challenges, issues, and queries, if arise.

7) Performs other administrative work duties as assigned or required.

8) Able to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

9) effective interpersonal skills to interface with the necessary internal and external stakeholders.

10) Experience in managing distributors is preferred.
