Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives and management teams. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will ensure smooth daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting key business activities.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Manage executive calendars and appointments
- Schedule meetings, conferences, and internal sessions
- Coordinate availability across multiple stakeholders

Communication & Correspondence
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and inquiries
