Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Admin Assistant to be part of the Marketing team. You will be responsible for marketing design initiatives and campaigns for retails brands.

Responsibilities:

Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics including delivery platforms, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports on marketing activities and results.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operation, research and development team, to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage social media accounts and online presence, engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and driving user engagement.
Handling customer feedback and concern on various platforms.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and enhance brand image.
Support the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, website content, and promotional materials.
Support administrative duties from Marketing department.
Any other work assigned by the manager from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
Entry Level Candidates are welcome to apply
At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communication in the food & beverage industry will be desired
Creative with an excellent aesthetic sense with a strong communication and presentation skills
Sensitive to changes in consumer trends and lifestyles
Willing to work in the WestMarketing Admin Assistant
