Role Description The Junior Event Marketing | Provided Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including brand activations, roadshows, and promotional campaigns. The team member will engage with potential customers, share product or service information, and assist with on-site setup, registration, and post-event follow-up. The role includes learning and applying marketing and sales techniques through structured training, shadowing senior team members, and participating in regular coaching sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking event performance, providing feedback to improve future campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and confident face-to-face interaction with diverse audiences.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge with interest in Event Marketing and brand promotion, and willingness to learn campaign planning and execution.
• Basic Sales skills or aptitude, including customer engagement, product explanation, and comfort discussing value propositions.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs, apply feedback, and continuously improve event and marketing capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site, including evenings or weekends when events require, and to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, reliability, and a positive, professional attitude when representing the company and its clients.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
