Facilities & Reception Executive (Floater) - Urgent Hiring
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive professional to support daily office operations while creating a welcoming experience for visitors.
This role combines front desk responsibilities with facilities and administrative support across multiple office locations.
Work Location
Multiple office locations (deployment based on operational schedule)
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Attire
Office attire + Blazer
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Office Support
• Assist with daily facilities operations across office locations
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors and service providers
• Track, monitor, and follow up on facilities-related matters
• Provide general administrative and operational support
Reception & Front Desk
• Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach
• Manage incoming calls and enquiries
• Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
• Handle incoming mail, couriers, and parcel distribution
Requirements
• ‘N’ Level qualification or higher
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in reception, facilities, or administration
• Professional, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel between office locations when required
