If you know your way around soil, fertilizers, and pots—and you love connecting with people—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Host Live Sessions: Conduct engaging live streams on TikTok, Shopee and other platforms to showcase our range of fertilizers, pots, and gardening essentials.
• Educate & Inspire: Share your plant expertise! Introduce product features, explain care tips, and explain how our products help gardens thrive.
• Drive Growth: Create a fun, welcoming, and interactive environment that turns viewers into fellow plant lovers and loyal customers.
• Engage the Community: Respond to plant-care questions, comments, and feedback in real-time during broadcasts.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing team to plan exciting campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Manage Operations: Handle basic live-set setup, organize product displays, and ensure every stream runs smoothly.
• Stay Trendy: Keep up with the latest TikTok trends and gardening hacks to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Who You Are

• Plant-Obsessed: You have a genuine interest in plants and gardening. You aren't just selling products; you’re helping people grow their own green oasis.
• Camera-Ready: You are comfortable, confident, and natural when speaking in front of a camera.
• A Great Communicator: You possess excellent presentation skills and are well-versed in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Tech-Savvy: You are active on TikTok or other social platforms and understand how to engage an online audience.
• Flexible: You are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, to reach our community when they are most active.
• Eager to Learn: Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced host, if you have a positive attitude and a passion for gardening, we want you on our team.
