Tanggungjawab
· Assist HR Manager to oversee and involve in day-to-day HR activities.
· Assist in preparing reports on staff issues, IR issues, training, annual leave, medical, lateness and absenteeism.
· Ensure staff disciplinary issues are handled in conformity with company’s policy as well as Labor Law.
· To assist in payroll preparation and manage end to end monthly payroll processing and ensure its accuracy for all staff.
· Assist in drafting of vacant positions, screening of resumes, conduct reference checks to ensure stringent recruitment and selection process.
· Perform induction and orientation programs for new staff.
· Monitor staff probation and confirmation.
· Updating staff CV’s and Job Description.
· Record, update and maintaining staff data, personal file and HR filing system.
· Handle staff resignation and exit interviews.
· Handle staff training and development.
· To organize and manage confidential documents with utmost discretion.
· To coordinate travel arrangement for staff and directors.
· To work collaborate with other colleague in the HR team, proactively identifying arrears for service improvement within the HR function.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks, assignments, duties as when required.
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
