Primary function:
Quality Admin
- Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, forms, inspection records, and quality procedures.
- Maintain and control quality documents, records, and reports in accordance with document control requirements.
- Ensure all quality documents are properly filed, updated, and distributed to relevant departments.
- Monitor document revision status and maintain effective document control.
- Prepare and update Monthly Quality Performance Reports for Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Inspection activities, including Supplier CAR, Process CAR, and Customer Complaints.
- Compile and maintain quality data, KPI reports and other quality records.
- Follow up on NCMR, SCAR, PCAR, corrective actions, and customer complaints until closure.
- Maintain and update calibration records and Equipment Calibration Master List.
- Coordinate equipment calibration activities with Purchasing and relevant departments.
- Ensure calibration certificates and reports are valid and properly maintained.
- Support ISO 9001 documentation and compliance activities.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparation and coordination.
- Liaise with Production, Engineering, suppliers, and other departments on quality-related matters.
- Provide administrative support to the QA Manager or Quality Engineer.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Secondary/Supporting roles:
Document Controller
Document Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and processes for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Ensure all ISO-related documents are properly categorized, filed, and easily retrievable.
- Manage the creation, revision, and obsolescence of documents.
- Coordinate document approval processes and maintain version control.
- Train staff on document control procedures and tools as needed.
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure secure and easy retrieval of documents.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all documentation meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents required for ISO certification.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather, review, and approve documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for document control issues and inquiries.
- Communicate document changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Training and Support:
- Train staff on document control processes and the use of document management systems.
- Provide support and guidance on document control procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management:
- Support the integrated management system (IMS) by ensuring all quality, environmental, and health & safety documents are controlled and updated.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of document control processes and the IMS.
- Support in EHS work-related.
6S Implementation:
- Support and monitor 6S implementation in documentation areas (physical and digital) by promoting proper organization (Sort, Set in Order), cleanliness (Shine), and compliance with standard practices (Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
- Conduct routine checks to ensure document control areas and storage comply with 6S principles.
- Work collaboratively with departments to ensure all workspaces reflect 6S values.
Education and qualification:
- Degree in holder
- Minimum 2 years' experience in this field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
