1. Administrative Support
- Assist with daily general administrative and operational tasks
- Handle and resolve administrative issues, documents, and correspondence
- Perform data entry for invoices into the system
- Issue invoices and verify receipt of payments
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Conduct filing, scanning, printing, and other clerical duties
2. CCTV Monitoring & Security Coordination
- Monitor CCTV footage across various locations to identify suspicious or unusual activities
- Record incidents, events, and actions in a clear, accurate, and legible format
- Collaborate with security personnel or agencies to ensure proper use of the CCTV system and manage evidential records and witness statements in compliance with legal standards
- Provide real-time intelligence to on-ground security or police, including suspect appearance, behavior, and location
3. Other Duties
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
