We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, e-commerce, and event activations, along with the ability to contribute to strategic planning and campaign development. We value individuals who are proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Threads, including content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Support and optimise e-commerce activities, including campaign launches, product listings, and promotional strategies
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows, events, and on-ground marketing activities
  • Assist in public relations efforts, including media outreach, communications, and brand partnerships
  • Support backend marketing functions such as campaign tracking, reporting, and database management
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
  • Develop and present marketing proposals, campaign ideas, and strategic recommendations
  • Assist in marketing planning and forecasting, including budgeting and performance projections
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in social media and e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of current digital and social media trends and platforms
  • Experience in organising events, roadshows, or brand activations is an advantage
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and campaign tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Basic design/editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
